Dream Con is an anime and gaming convention, currently in Austin, Texas, that started as a dream but was brought to fruition by social media influencers, RDCWorld.
For the 2022 and 2023 conventions, I was a part of the Marketing Department. My main responsibilities were monitoring the convention's Instagram account. Using a content scheduler, I worked with the Graphics team to plan and deliver content to all of their social media platforms throughout the year. During the event, I created and posted story posts on Dream Con's Instagram and Facebook platforms.
For the 2024 and future conventions, I am now the Programming Manager, which oversees the conventions' schedule, including panels, main events, and special events.
