Tester Work is a global software testing community allowing freelancers to earn money testing world-class apps. As a freelance QA tester, I have worked with companies such as Meta, Microsoft, and Google to check for bugs and other potential issues.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
For Meta, I work on test cycles for Instagram and Facebook Reels. I check for bugs while using different features of the Reels creation process such as filters, sounds, text, and more. I also check during the posting and sharing process to ensure that Reels are displayed and distributed correctly.
Microsoft
For Microsoft, I participated in test cycles for Xbox Cloud Gaming and Microsoft Repairs.
For Xbox, I played different categories of games and tested how the games functioned on the cloud service on both computer and mobile devices.
For Microsoft Repairs, I had to test the usability flow of preparing a Windows computer for a repair service directly through Microsoft online, along with other features of the Microsoft account page.
Google
For Google, I tested the effectiveness of the Google Chrome Password Manager via a Google Developer browser.
